Deep Relief Gels and Deep Relief Actiflex Patch provide long lasting, soothing relief where needed.

Using Deep Relief

If you choose Deep Relief Actiflex Patches, you should:

• Remove the protective paper sheet from the plaster.
• Open a pouch, remove patch and attach the cotton side of the patch to the adhesive side of the plaster. 
• Remove the transparent protective film from the patch and apply to the desired area.
• Remove the remaining side strip of protective paper and secure the plaster edges onto the skin.

If you are using Deep Relief Anti-Inflammatory Gel or Deep Relief Joint Pain Gel:

• Apply a thin layer of Deep Relief gel to the area
• Repeat up to three times a day
• Do not use more than every four hours.

If symptoms last more than two weeks, you should consult your doctor.
